Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our staff, we have seen many of “our” players further their baseball careers at the collegiate and professional levels. We would like to acknowledge these players and congratulate them for there tireless effort and work ethic that has allowed them to achieve success throughout their careers.

Chris

Chris Iannetta, a native of North Providence, Rhode Island, was a four-year catcher at St. Raphael Academy…earned all-state honors on three occasions...graduated from University of North Carolina. He was selected by Baseball America as the best defensive catcher in the California League and the 13th-best prospect following the 2004 season. In 2005, he split the year between Modesto (High-A) and Tulsa (AA). After splitting the next season with Tulsa and Colorado Springs, Chris had his contract purchased by the Rockies in late August of 2006 and started 20 of the club's final 33 games. In 2007, Chris helped the Rockies make there first World Series appearance in the clubs history. In 2008, Chris hit .264 with 18 home runs and 65 RBI.   

Matt

Matt Bouchard, a native of East Greenwhich, Rhode Island, was a four year infielder at Bishop Hendricken ... earned two all-state selections... was a member of three Rhode Island State Championship teams ('01, `03, `04)...Member of Georgetown University’s Baseball Team 2005-2007. He was drafted by the New York Mets in the 11^th round of the 2007 Draft and played for the Brooklyn Cyclones in the Class A New York Penn League...An All Star Selection, he hit .267 through the 70 game season. Matt is currently playing for the Binghamton Mets, Class AA in the Eastern League.

John

John Mollicone, native of Cranston, R.I…was a three year catcher at Bishop Hendricken High School… member of two RI State Championship teams (01' and 03')…graduated from Fordham University…named to the 2007 All-Gotham Baseball Team…was just the forth Ram ever to have over 50 RBI in a single season. He ranks tied for fourth in career doubles at Fordham, and eighth in RBI. John was selected at the top of the 27th round of the 2007 Major League Baseball Draft by the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, and is playing for the Bowling Green Hot Rods, Class A in the South Atlantic League.
