2025 ADVANCED PITCHING CLASSES
The RIBI Pitching class will be starting January 4th (Sat.) Throughout the years, this has been one of the most successful classes that RIBI offers. Some of The top Pitchers in the RIIL from last year were part of the 2024 Winter Training provided by the RIBI staff.  The current RI Professionals have also attended the RIBI Pitching class while they were in High School. During the 2023 Pitching class, we have come up with an even better program going forward.  A couple areas that we have added to improve:  Dynamic stretch and warm up routine. A more detailed and structured throwing/bullpen session where Rapsodo will be used.  Also a post-throwing cool down phase to end your weekly workout.  The players will be encouraged throughout to stay on the routine for 10 weeks.  The knowledge they obtain can/should be used throughout 2025 Baseball Season and beyond.  Below is the Staff that will oversee the training and development for the RIBI Advanced Pitching. Class slots are as follows and need to be confirmed for openings. (1 hour interval for Saturday session)
